Pomopet is an app designed to help users put down the phone and focus. Built
around the concept of the Pomodoro time management technique, Pomopet enables you to stay focused and off your phone. By utilizing the timer to focus for short periods, with breaks in between, you can complete all your tasks while taking care of and earning rewards for your virtual pet. Users can earn rewards from daily bonuses or can collect coins and save up for big-ticket items in the shop. Who wouldn’t love a cute pirate hat for their cat? The working prototype for the Pomopet app was designed in Figma and went through many stages of iteration based on peer feedback to improve the user experience.

Pomopet not only fits in your pocket but can also be on the go with the Apple Watch app extension. While some features live only in the native app, the Pomopet watch app brings over the most important features; the timer, timeline, and limited closet view. Users can also quickly switch between pets on their watch if they so choose.
